This AI Agent was jointly developed by Ruyi Coffee and Volcano Engine, using DouBao Large Model technology to bring users convenient functions such as voice ordering and personalized recommendations, leading the coffee consumption into a new era of intelligence. Through integrating with DouBao Large Model, Ruyi Coffee's AI Agent transforms into an intelligent coffee butler by applying two core technologies: intention recognition and slot extraction, accurately capturing user preferences for orders and providing thoughtful services. Users only need to simply speak their commands.

DoorDash has launched an AI voice ordering service that can answer calls and provide personalized recommendations to users. The AI will use past order data to make personalized suggestions and offers multi-language support. The service is currently available only for select restaurants, and DoorDash has stated it will adjust according to restaurant demand.
